Chicken Malai Kebab is a recipe known for its soft texture, creamy richness, and exceptional flavor. If you want to make restaurant-style kebabs at home, this recipe is just for you.
π Ingredients:
Minced chicken – 500 grams
Yogurt – 3 tablespoons
Cashew paste – 2 tablespoons
Paneer (homemade cheese) – 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Green chili paste – as needed
Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Butter/ghee – for brushing
π₯ Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the minced chicken with yogurt, cashew paste, paneer, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, and lemon juice thoroughly.
2. Add cornflour and garam masala to the mixture, then marinate it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
3. Shape the mixture into kebab forms using your hands or skewers.
4. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes, or pan-sear with a little butter or ghee until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
